• Geothermal Resource Leasing, a bill supporting the increased use of sustainable geothermal energy throughout New Mexico.
• Solar Energy Improvement Special Assessments, providing counties and municipalities with the ability to assess solar projects for investment, supporting the growth of solar energy in New Mexico.
• Unauthorized Distribution of Sensitive Images, creating penalties for the illegal distribution of images, such as child pornography, within the state of New Mexico.
